Who is 7th Circle?
I am a Dj that start this passion way back in 1997 in St. Cloud Fl. I started playing Breakbeats and Electro on two belt-drive Radio Shack turntables. For those of you that never heard of Radio Shack, just know those turn tables where super cheap. I then moved to California for bit and that is when I realized there is more to electronic music than just Breaks and Electro. Yup, that is when I fell in love with Techno and I also developed a taste for Jungle, House, and Tech House. I then moved back to St. Cloud, Fl and started playing what I picked up in Cali but everyone here in Fl, at that time, hated it. Orlando, Fl only wanted that Fl Breaks sound, Electro, and Miami Bass. So that is what I played for everyone so I would get gigs and get called back. But my passion for Techno just refused to die. Techno became my dark dirty secret. Hell, I even kept it from my wife (she is Bass Head) Until 2003 when I got introduced to this Dj that moved here from Detroit (Chris After Dark) as he was looking for a Techno Dj. That was when I was finally able to take my love for Techno out of the “closet” and show the world. From Fl, to Detroit, to a UK Radio Based Radio show.
We all trip and fall
I have been through so much in my life. Unfortunately, I suffered a career ending injury while I was working as a firefighter which left me disabled. those two things put me in a very dark place. However, being a Dj has been helping me climb my way out of my out of hell. So, please join me, and together we all can ascend out of our hell.
